We finally met up with Tara & Justin! Fun fact! Did you know their first date was at an arcade!? 🕹️ So why not celebrate their engagement in the arcade!? A very special thanks to Country Junction of Lehighton, PA, for allowing us to use their spot to tell their story. We had a lot of fun playing a few games & capturing loads of laughs. We hope you love reliving these moments.

How they Met & The Proposal

Tara & Justin met online on a dating app called "OKCupid" Funny enough, the same site that Preston & Laurette (The Photographers) also met! On Tara’s birthday, they went to a casino resort in Connecticut. In the 7th-floor suite, distracted by the view from the bay window, Tara turned around to Justin on a knee. Justin had overwhelming anxiety about popping the question, while Tara was utterly blindsided. We all know Tara's answer to the big question. 😍

The best part of being Engaged + some Advice

The best part about our engagement is the anticipation of getting married! These two lovers cannot wait to celebrate the big day surrounded by their friends & family.


They do have some advice. It is a good one: "It’s your wedding!!! Do what you want and invite who you want. Start saving now, though. Many venues have lists of vendors that have already worked other weddings there, so don’t feel like you are going into this blindsided. And start saving now!"
