We first met Johnna & Jared over a nice little zoom meeting over the July 4th weekend. It was awesome getting to know them & their love story. We had a fun time at Illick's Mill in Bethlehem. It wasn't our first time here, but we did some risky things toward the end of the session to get a fun shot. Enjoy their story as told in their own words. 😍
How They Met & The Proposal
We met at work and began dating a few months later. I came home from a winery to Jared having the whole kitchen decorated. He had balloons on the wall that said “will you marry me?” There were candles lit and rose petals. The dogs were wearing bandanas that said “will you marry my dad?” I was feeling so excited and happy, I was crying. I kind of suspected it was going to happen soon, just not sure when.
Best Part of the Engagement & Advice
Our favorite part was looking at wedding venues and being able to show everyone the ring! My big advice is just to make sure you both continue to do things that make you happy & keep the love alive. Go on dates and still do all the fun things you did before!
