She Said Yes at Skytop Lodge! 💍 A Surprise Proposal at Indian Falls
There’s something magical about a surprise proposal—and Isaac pulled off the perfect one this past Sunday, April 27th, at the breathtaking Skytop Lodge in the Poconos! 🏞️
We were lucky enough to help plan and photograph the big moment, and we're still smiling from ear to ear thinking about how it all unfolded.
Planning the Perfect Proposal Spot
Leading up to the big day, we did a little behind-the-scenes magic with Isaac. We scouted the trails at Skytop Lodge to find a location that was scenic, private, and full of that “wow” factor. Thanks to the helpful Skytop staff, we discovered the stunning Indian Falls, tucked away at the end of the peaceful Trout Trail.
Waterfall? Check. Natural beauty? Check. A dreamy, hidden gem of a spot? Double check. ✔️✔️
The Big Moment
As Isaac led Emily down the trail, she had no idea what was coming. When they reached the falls, he asked if one of us could snap a picture of them in the front of the falls! Laurette took his phone and recorded the whole moment. He dropped to one knee—and that’s when the magic happened. 💫
Emily’s reaction? Pure joy. She was completely surprised and overwhelmed with happy tears as she said YES! It was a raw, emotional, and unforgettable moment we were so honored to capture.
